Tampa Bay Shade installed our original Retractable Awning ten (10) years ago. We just replaced the cloth with the exact same cloth. We only replaced the cloth part because the Electric Motor is intact and working beautifully, as well as the lights. Dave Benfield and his assistant Justin were very efficient, professional, and, courteous. From the moment that we ordered the replacement, thru Mr. Benfield, only 19 days elapsed till the day of installation. That's quick in today's market environment. Did I say that I recommend Tampa Bay Shade for your awning and related needs ???

The west wall of our home is all glass and faces west across Boca Ciega Bay. During summer, internal temperatures often reached well above 80° with the air conditioning running flat out. After Tampa Bay Shade installed Sunsetter solar-powered shades, peak summer temperature stays at the desired 75° and the air conditioner only runs part-time.
We had shades installed on half the windows in 2018 and were so pleased with the results that we had shades installed on the remaining windows the following year. This has easily been one of the best home improvements ever.
Tampa Bay Shade was thoroughly professional and fairly priced. Sunsetter claims installation is something a home owner can undertake as a handyman project. Don't believe it. Proper installation is a heavy, complex undertaking. Trying to do this myself or even with a helper would have been disastrous.
Sunsetter shades are wonderful. But I am happy beyond words that I had installation by Tampa Bay Shade.
